HR Heads is all about the effective recruitment of HR people. No surprises there then. But you will be surprised by how we go about this. It's our belief that the only way to match the right person with the right organisation, is to really get to know our clients and candidates. Not exactly rocket science is it. But it is very effective.

Jennifer Gaster - Director
Hampshire & Dorset

Jen has been recruiting all her working life, focusing on HR recruitment since 2001 across Hampshire & Dorset. Starting in the industry as a graduate (read tea girl), Jen launched HR Heads in 2009 to do recruitment better. 3 years on, Jen has seen all the ups and downs of the local HR market, but according to the team still makes an excellent cup of tea! Working as an industry specialist, Jen has broad reaching exposure of contingency, advertised search and executive selection methodologies.

When not recruiting, her family occupies most of her spare time and Jen can be found supporting son Harry on the rugby field most weekends. To escape the buzz of leading HR Heads, Jen runs to let off steam and has recently completed the Great South Run in 1hr 23mins!

Andrew Lavey - Associate Director
Surrey & Middlesex

Andy is an HR graduate who has been working in the HR recruitment market since 2000. He has managed HR hires at all levels, using a variety of techniques over the years.

Brought up in Surrey on Epsom downs, Andy has covered the Surrey and Middlesex HR market place for most of his professional career, you will be hard pushed to find a more knowledgeable contact!

Married with a beautiful daughter, most of his energy is devoted to his family. When time does allow however, Andy loves to keep fit and is mad about anything that is exercise! A qualified personal trainer, if he is not at work or with his family, you can be sure to find him in the gym, running through woodlands or throwing around strange pieces of fitness equipment in his garden.
