Employee Engagement is the New Battlefield for Real Competitive Advantage

HR Heads Breakfast Forum, 24 May 2018

On Thursday 24th May we hosted a Breakfast Forum in Southampton, exploring Lord Mark Price’s Six Steps to Driving Workplace Happiness. Alison Craig and Dan Godfrey, both John Lewis ‘veterans’ with over 20+ years at the partnership, provided a framework to target employee engagement efforts alongside details of online tools that are accessible to organisations of any size to support increasing levels of engagement.

Thank you to those who attended and have given such positive feedback already. If you weren’t able to make the forum but would like to register for our future events, visit our events page!
