A leading financial services company based in Andover are currently looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to take the strategic lead during an HR restructure.  This is a full time contract being offered for a fixed term of 12 months.

 

With the way in which ER advice, guidance and support is provided being developed across the organisation, an ER specialist is required to act as the Employee Relations expert within the business and support this transformation  through the management of ER case work and the provision of coaching and mentoring to the HR Advisory and Service Desk teams. The role will also work closely with the Talent and Development team in coaching and upskilling key stakeholders from across the business to ensure the process changes are implemented and embedded in an effective and efficient way.

 

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you must have in-depth employee relations experience and excellent knowledge of current employment law.  This experience will ideally be within a professional services environment.  Individuals who thrive within a continuous improvement culture and have a naturally engaging and coaching style would be particularly well suited.
