As HR Business Partner you will be fundamentally shifting the business from one that is process led, to being talent led; this role will be instrumental in orchestrating organisational change.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in providing pragmatic and commercial HR generalist support and relationship management to a dedicated business, contributing to the delivery of all people activities including resourcing, talent management, organisational development, employee relations, change management, cultural transformation and reward.
Several projects will run concurrently and the ability to prioritise and manage complex programmes is essential. The other area of focus will be on the delivery of emotional intelligence, managing psychological contracts over a period of uncertainty and change for employee groups.
