As an HR Business Partner for the Corporate Functions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our people agenda, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our overall strategic objectives. With 350 employees relying on your expertise, you’ll have the chance to make a significant impact on our organisation’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic People Planning: Develop and deliver comprehensive people plans for your designated client group areas, strategically aligned with our company’s overall objectives and people plan.
  2. Risk Management: Identify and manage people-related risks, collaborating with managers to implement proactive mitigating actions, adhering to legislation and best practices. Your efforts will minimise legal claims and timely resolve any issues that arise.
  3. Data-Driven Insights: Utilise data and insights to empower our people leaders, facilitating informed decision-making and driving down metric targets.
  4. Empowering People Leaders: Coach and support managers to become effective people leaders, fostering high performance while adhering to legal and policy guidelines.
  5. Talent Development: Develop robust succession plans by conducting regular talent reviews to track and nurture future talent within the organisation.
  6. Project Leadership: Take the lead on various people-focused projects, ranging from employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives to organisational design.

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a business partnering role, with a proven track record of driving positive change within organisations.
  • Ability to build strong, influential relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders swiftly and effectively.
  • A thorough understanding of HR frameworks and legal processes, enabling you to shape and implement effective solutions.
  • Experience working in HR models with centres of excellence and functional specialists, leveraging collective expertise for optimal results.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of HR disciplines and emerging trends, ensuring our practices remain progressive and competitive.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, using insights to drive effective decision-making across the organisation.
  • An advocate for change, guiding and supporting business areas in making the right decisions for sustainable growth.
  • Exceptional coaching skills to empower leaders and promote a positive working environment.
  • Experience leading talent reviews and crafting comprehensive succession plans.
  • Knowledge of practical solutions in various HR topics, including inclusion, wellbeing, and more.
