As HR Change Manager, your remit will be to harmonise and ‘bed in’ the employees to create a sense of belonging within a newly defined structure. If you are someone who thrives on working within a fluid environment with considerable ambiguity, this role could be just for you.
Partnering business unit leaders, you will be responsible for supporting the change management process, enabling management capability and ensuring that ‘the day job’ is still achieved. The ability to work under pressure, with your own driving force is key to the success of this role.
Within the change programme, you will need to identify the training needs and learning gaps in the process and take this back to the broader HR team to develop solutions for future implementation. Experience of working in a complex, matrix structure would be advantageous.
