Fantastic opportunities are currently available for experienced HR and L&D Professionals to join a diverse and complex organisation within a change management capacity to support an extensive and group wide people management and development strategy that has been driven by significant recent restructuring. This is a really exciting time to join a high performing team on a full time basis and to make a direct and significant contribution to the organisation. The opportunities to join on either a permanent or 12 month fixed term contract basis are currently available.

Working in partnership with key internal stakeholders, this position will work closely with HR Business Partners and the Work Force Development Team in supporting across the full breadth of a complex and varied organisation to understand Business needs and drivers and identify and provide support with learning solutions and change initiatives within a culture of continuous improvement. Having a real appetite for making a genuine difference to an organisation and the ability to operate within a complex environment with various senior stakeholders will be absolutely key.

To be considered for these unique roles, you must be an experienced HR Generalist (CIPD Qualified or Equivalent) with demonstrated experience in supporting change management, organisational design and development initiatives and have an expert understanding and appreciation of identifying and developing blended learning solutions to support business and workforce development agendas within commercially focused and complex organisations.
