With fantastic growth and development potential the key deliverables of this position will be to coordinate all HR administrative activities.  This will be across the full employee lifecycle from new starters, through employee changes, absence, maternity and paternity processes to company leavers. In addition to this, an individual with the knowledge and calibre to expand the role in providing first line advice and support to employees across the organisation and to continually  develop and improve the effectiveness of HR process and practice would excel in this position.

 

To be considered for this role, you must:
  • have proven experience of HR Administration
  • be a self-starter who works in a very accurate and detail focused way and who thrives off liaising with the business and building fantastic stake holder relationships
