A fantastic opportunity to head up an HR function as HR Manager within a charitable organisation in the care sector is currently available in the Fareham area.  This is a full time and permanent position in an incredibly values driven and commercially astute organisation.

 

Working as part of the Senior Management Team, the HR Manager position reports directly to the CEO and will be both a strategic and operationally active role, responsible for leading a small HR team to provide full generalist HR support across the business.  This is an incredibly values driven organisation that provides care and support to individuals across Hampshire.  Business Acumen, an excellent understanding of commercial drivers within a busy environment and the ability to deal with change and innovation within an incredibly busy operational environment will be essential.

 

To be considered for this challenging and rewarding role, you will need to be an experienced HR professional at Advisor, Business Partner or Manager level with commercial awareness and genuine buy in to the values and quality standards of a charitable organisation. CIPD accreditation at Level 7 (or equivalent) and MCIPD status would be desirable, as would experience of working within the care sector. Flexibility and adaptability to deliver HR solutions in an innovative and forward thinking environment will be essential.
