We’ve noticed some interesting figures so far in 2017 – salary increases, growth rates in hourly pay and unemployment rates. After the decision to leave the EU there has been some real uncertainty, and we have seen first hand the ripple effect this within our own industry, noticing changes within both the recruitment and HR market.
