Later this year HR Heads Ltd is celebrating its 10-years birthday. You will no doubt hear more about this in the coming months! During the past decade it’s been a privilege to recruit for numerous Brands who operate across the south coast and are often themselves market leaders in their fields. The past 10 years has seen us recruit predominantly into permanent positions across the full spectrum of human resources.
As we evolve and continue to develop our offering, we are delighted to bring to the market a new product within the HR Heads range. Whilst we are successful at contingency recruitment and are extremely proud that our ‘fill rate’ is much higher than the industry average, we see the benefit of formalising a retained search solution for the senior market and as such are delighted to introduce Executive Heads.
We have always developed an extensive network that has been nurtured over the years and often blurs the lines between the labels ‘candidate’ and ‘client’ when providing talent solutions. However, some senior roles require a more in-depth approach involving market mapping and direct approaches (headhunting) to attract the right talent. Once that talent is sourced it is then imperative to assess it from both an intellectual, emotional and more recently developed, collective intelligence perspective. Our partnership with McQuaig utilises their newly developed e-flow profiler to assess candidates and ensure a match to the role profile as provided by the business.
Once the interview and assessment process has taken place and the offer is made and excepted, all parties are excited to embark upon the new journey. It is at this point that many executive search firms cease their involvement – but not us. This is where we really live our value of exceeding expectations. Working with a dedicated Executive Coach, our 90 Days Accelerator Programme provides a coaching framework to enable the candidate to hit the ground running in their new role as quickly and efficiently as possible delivering exceptional return on investment for the client. Many executive hires are the functional expert in their department. However, supporting them in learning about the business in a wider context and how to work effectively within the broader leadership team is undoubtedly going to provide a strong platform for them to be successful in their new role.
