Tackling difficult conversations is part and parcel of the HR remit, but it also presents many of the toughest challenges. That’s why we are delighted to confirm that tomorrow morning, Catharine Geddes, Employment Partner and Head of HR at Lester Aldridge LLP will be joining us at our HR Heads Breakfast Forum in Bournemouth to share ideas, experiences and guidance about how to effectively handle difficult conversations in your workplace.
Catharine will be focusing on approaching employees at both junior and senior level with potentially sensitive issues, offering practical tips for dealing with issues effectively and with discretion and explaining how to avoid liability for the actions of employees. She brings 14 years’ experience as a dedicated HR and employment law professional to deliver this insightful session.
As with every HR Heads Breakfast Forum, the morning will be interactive, informative but informal, giving delegates an opportunity to meet their peers and enjoy a delicious, complimentary breakfast and refreshments.
The fun begins at 8.30am at the Lester Aldridge offices in Bournemouth and will finish at 10.30am.
