This is a fabulous opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our dynamic team at Luton Airport. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in drafting letters and employee communications, and will provide essential HR administrative support. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations, addressing and resolving issues as they arise.
- Oversee performance development initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and deliver training programmes to enhance employee skills.
- Develop and implement succession plans to ensure business continuity.
- Conduct regular people reviews to assess and support employee growth.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR enquiries, providing timely and effective support.
- Draft letters and employee communications with clarity and professionalism.
- Provide HR administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth operations.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong experience in employee relations, performance development, and training.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle first-line HR enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- A proactive and positive approach to HR challenges.
