This is a fabulous opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our dynamic team at Luton Airport. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in drafting letters and employee communications, and will provide essential HR administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations, addressing and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Oversee performance development initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and deliver training programmes to enhance employee skills.
  • Develop and implement succession plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Conduct regular people reviews to assess and support employee growth.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR enquiries, providing timely and effective support.
  • Draft letters and employee communications with clarity and professionalism.
  • Provide HR administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth operations.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong experience in employee relations, performance development, and training.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle first-line HR enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • A proactive and positive approach to HR challenges.
