HR Advisor – Manufacturing & Operations

Location: On-site Leigh, Greater Manchester
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 DOE

Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to deliver a full-spectrum HR service to our Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Hygiene teams. If you’re passionate about supporting people and driving operational excellence, this could be your next step.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Partnering with HRBPs and site leaders to deliver end-to-end HR support across operational teams.
• Leading recruitment and onboarding for non-management roles, coaching managers to attract and retain top talent.
• Supporting employee development, well-being, and performance initiatives, including PDPs and Project Trio.
• Advising on employee relations matters including absence, grievances, and disciplinaries—always with a root-cause mindset.
• Managing the annual salary review process and ensuring accurate payroll submissions.
• Analysing HR KPIs and driving continuous improvement through data-led insights.
• Championing SAP SuccessFactors usage and compliance.
• Building strong relationships on the shop floor—becoming the go-to HR presence for our operational teams.

What You’ll Bring:

• A collaborative, adaptable, and resilient approach with a passion for people.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with a curious and solutions-focused mindset.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and practical HR experience.
• CIPD qualified or working towards it.
• Experience in a manufacturing or operational environment is highly desirable.
