I’m working with a fantastic Financial Services organisation who are looking for x2 HR Business Partners to join their busy HR function. This role will enable and support leadership through the full employee lifecycle, from attracting talented individuals to building an inclusive culture. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to add value to well-known organisation who is central to the FS sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with Senior Stakeholders and supporting to enhance the People Management and Leadership Capabilities.
  • Use & leverage People Metrics to inform decision-making and develop solutions to key business problems.
  • Collaborate with line management to deliver the annual business planning cycle and associated people activities, including Workforce Planning and Change Management.
  • Confidently run and implement HR projects and work programmes using clear and engaging delivery methodologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging research and findings regarding Employment Law and key People Strategies that could add value to the organisation.

Ideal Candidate
Essential:

  • Previous HR Business Partnering experience with a focus on organisational change and talent management.
  • Great Stakeholder Engagement to influence people decisions and improve people management across organisations.
  • Strong knowledge & experience of navigating and applying Employment law and other core people practices to solve challenges.

Desirable:

  • Proficient in leveraging both quantitative and qualitative organisational data to shape decisions and drive outcomes.
  • Skilled at navigating intricate organisational structures and dynamics to gain insights and deepen understanding of core business strategies.
  • Adept at solving complex problems using both theoretical and practical knowledge across various HR disciplines.
  • Capable of providing evidence-based insights, critical thinking, and thought leadership as an HR professional.
  • Competent in questioning and influencing at all levels, managing conflict with confidence and quickly establishing credibility.
  • Effective at building and utilising internal and external networks to support delivery.
