Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of functional people plans and the organisation’s long-term strategic framework.
  • Identify key people challenges and contribute to improving business performance.
  • Build sustainable resource plans to support business growth, succession, and retention.
  • Assist Senior HRBPs with organisational change, design, and structure.
  • Provide HR support on initiatives, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate talent management and reward processes to optimise outcomes.
  • Collaborate with ER Business Partners to address complex ER issues and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Use data and storytelling to provide insights into performance and trends.
  • Enhance employee engagement and retention through action plans and best practice sharing.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience as an HR generalist, particularly in supporting change.
  • Proactive approach with strong initiative and judgement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to inspire and drive engagement through effective communication.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a creative mindset.
  • Confidence in both written and verbal communication.
