Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of functional people plans and the organisation’s long-term strategic framework.
- Identify key people challenges and contribute to improving business performance.
- Build sustainable resource plans to support business growth, succession, and retention.
- Assist Senior HRBPs with organisational change, design, and structure.
- Provide HR support on initiatives, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Facilitate talent management and reward processes to optimise outcomes.
- Collaborate with ER Business Partners to address complex ER issues and ensure continuous improvement.
- Use data and storytelling to provide insights into performance and trends.
- Enhance employee engagement and retention through action plans and best practice sharing.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience as an HR generalist, particularly in supporting change.
- Proactive approach with strong initiative and judgement.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to inspire and drive engagement through effective communication.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a creative mindset.
- Confidence in both written and verbal communication.
