We’re looking for a dynamic People Partner to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you’ll be responsible for 350 employees across corporate functions, managing two People Advisors, with your time split 60% strategic business partnering and 40% day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR initiatives across 350 employees, managing two People Advisors
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, including Contracts of Employment and Employee Handbooks
  • Partner with senior management, supporting change management and regulatory transformations
  • Oversee training programs covering employment law, compliance, and management development
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations and compliance

Key Details:

  • Onsite in South West London 2 days per week
  • Ideally looking for candidates from retail or similarly fast-paced environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills required
