We’re looking for a dynamic People Partner to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you’ll be responsible for 350 employees across corporate functions, managing two People Advisors, with your time split 60% strategic business partnering and 40% day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR initiatives across 350 employees, managing two People Advisors
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, including Contracts of Employment and Employee Handbooks
- Partner with senior management, supporting change management and regulatory transformations
- Oversee training programs covering employment law, compliance, and management development
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations and compliance
Key Details:
- Onsite in South West London 2 days per week
- Ideally looking for candidates from retail or similarly fast-paced environments
- Excellent stakeholder management skills required
