We have expectations! We expect you to be out there developing expertise in your specialism; identifying prospects and understanding their business, the impact that the current market is having on organisations and looking for ways that we can support in navigating today’s ever-changing world of work.

This does mean using the telephone and meeting people in person! Not for everyone I know. Building long-standing relationships is critical to the success of our organisation and you can’t do that from email or any other text-based media.

Exceeding Expectations:
We expect you to offer exceptional service to your candidates as well as your clients. Think about what you’d expect from someone you had opened up to, confided in, and learned to trust. Moving jobs is one of the most emotive and toughest things we have to do and our job is to make this as easy and painless as possible for the individual.

Doing the right thing:
We expect you to say NO! It’s a weird concept in recruitment. We want you to have the confidence to say no and to challenge poor/bad practice in recruitment processes and advise how organisations can do better.

We’re challenging. Our Managers are trained to spot your strengths and coach you. If you hate constructive challenges and do not have a growth mindset, we aren’t the environment for you.

We’ll invest and push you hard to improve your skills. We’ll provide you access to industry-leading experts and organisations to deliver current and progressive training to keep your skills sharp and remain up to date with industry best practice. ‘I’ve always done it this way’ or ‘I already know it’ has no place in our organisation. We expect you to promote yourself and our organisation on a variety of platforms in a variety of ways. Not a natural vlogger? That’s okay if you are willing to be uncomfortable for a while.
