Regional HR Business Partner to cover, London, South West and Wales
Salary to £50K + car allowance + 20% bonus

Are you a dynamic HR professional with multi-site experience looking to make an impact in a fast-paced, PE-backed organisation? We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional HR Business Partner to join our client, partnering with the Head of Operations and Operations Managers to drive the People and Talent strategy across 70+ locations.
This role offers the chance to work at the heart of a thriving business, where you will play a critical role in shaping and supporting the growth of their team. You will bring your energy, passion, and expertise in employee relations to help them continue investing in their people.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Talent Agenda: Ensure they have the right people in the right place at the right time by driving talent management and succession planning.
  • Employee Relations: Keep the business “safe and legal” through expert management of employee relations, including providing specialist advice on employment law and ER cases.
  • People Initiatives: Own and deliver national People projects, collaborating with the People and L&D teams to bring initiatives to life and embed change.
  • Operational Partnership: Act as a key connection between Operations and the wider business, supporting leadership decision-making and challenging where necessary to ensure people-first solutions.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyse People-related trends and metrics (such as turnover, engagement survey results, and exit data) to drive proactive action and influence stakeholders.
  • Engagement and Listening: Play a key role in listening and engagement plans, working with Operations to deliver on Employee Engagement Survey results,  upskilling managers to enhance team engagement.
  • Employee Development: Support talent appointments,  attend key appointments, and help operational teams identify and grow emerging talent.
  • ER Case Management: Handle high-risk ER cases, always balancing operational needs with business culture, commerciality, and compliance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a multi-site HR Business Partner.
  • Strong understanding of talent management, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR IT systems, Excel, and data analytics, with the ability to manipulate spreadsheets and present data effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders.
  • A high level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
  • A flexible approach and willingness to travel across multiple locations as needed.
