Are you passionate about creating meaningful reward programmes that attract and retain top talent? Our client is looking for a skilled Reward and Benefits Specialist to join their Total Reward team and help shape the future of pay, benefits, and recognition.
This hybrid role offers the chance to work on strategic change projects, deliver engaging communications, and analyse data that drives impactful decisions. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, spending two days a week in the Basingstoke office.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the annual reward cycle and change initiatives
- Conducting benchmarking and presenting insights
- Creating engaging content to promote the total reward offering
- Improving reward processes using data and feedback
- Advising managers and employees on reward policies
- Managing role profiles and job evaluationsWhat we’re looking for:
- Experience in reward and benefits
- Advanced Excel and data modelling skills
- Familiarity with benchmarking and evaluation methodologies
- Strong organisational and communication abilities
