The Role:

As the EDI Lead, you will spearhead all Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion initiatives, shaping our EDI strategy and fostering a positive, inclusive, and equitable working environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a comprehensive action plan with short and long-term EDI goals, milestones, and accountabilities, in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Integrating strategic EDI considerations into key organisational processes such as recruitment, leadership frameworks, and performance management.
  • Advising the HR team on equality matters throughout the employment lifecycle.
  • Designing and implementing strategies to enhance diversity and inclusion across all levels of the organisation.
  • Establishing clear reporting mechanisms aligned with KPIs to showcase EDI progress.

What We’re Looking For:

We seek a seasoned professional with experience in senior EDI roles within the People function. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven expertise in crafting and executing EDI strategies and interventions.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
  • A proactive approach to stakeholder management across all levels.
  • In-depth understanding of data and technology’s role in supporting EDI initiatives.
