Global Belonging Strategist & Social Impact Leader

Key Objectives:

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive global strategy of belonging aligned with our organisational goals.
  • Lead our Global Children’s Charity initiative, providing magic to children worldwide.
  • Serve as a cultural ambassador, fostering an environment where diversity is celebrated and inclusion is paramount.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a robust belonging strategy aligned with our values.
  • Oversee our Global Children’s Charity program, extending its impact to more children in need.
  • Ensure a consistent global approach to diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Foster strategic partnerships to drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion across the sector.
  • Drive inclusive employee experiences and enhance engagement and retention.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Strategic Leadership: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive belonging and organisational strategies.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Deep understanding of diversity dimensions and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Continuous Learning and Adaptability: Willingness to stay updated on best practices and adapt strategies to changing needs.
  • Communication, Collaboration, and Change Management: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Cross-Cultural Competence: Experience in navigating and managing diverse teams and global workplaces.
  • Data Analysis and Measurement: Proficiency in analyzing DEI metrics and tracking progress.
  • People Leadership and Employee Engagement: Ability to lead, manage, and develop teams.
  • Problem-Solving and Creativity: Capacity to address complex diversity-related challenges and develop creative solutions.
