Are you ready to redefine what’s possible for our Talent Experience team? We’re on the hunt for a dynamic individual to spearhead our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. This role promises excitement, impact, and the chance to shape the future for our client.

What’s the Role?
As the DEI Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of championing, promoting, and ingraining the DEI agenda into the fabric of our client. This is a pivotal moment as they have recently revitalised their targets for Women and Minority Ethnic groups in leadership roles. You’ll have the autonomy to execute focused actions, driving tangible outcomes and fostering meaningful connections with their workforce. The Business Resource Groups and their Executive Sponsors are fully onboard, offering dedicated support to advance their DEI objectives. Whilst my client has a solid strategy and action plan in place, they welcome your expertise to refine and shape our roadmap for 2025 and beyond.
What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders, HR, Communications, and Business Resource Groups to execute the DEI strategy.
  • Developing and managing DEI action plans and company-wide inclusion programs.
  • Integrating DEI principles into our policies and procedures in partnership with policy holders.
  • Serving as the subject matter expert on DEI, bringing in fresh ideas, best practices, and staying abreast of industry changes.
  • Embedding DEI across all people processes and practices, including recruitment, in collaboration with HR teams.
  • Leveraging DEI data insights to evaluate initiatives and drive informed decision-making.
  • Curating and maintaining DEI resources and tools for managers and colleagues.
  • Overseeing diversity metric reporting to meet government, shareholder, and external benchmark requirements.
  • Coordinating and executing our Inclusion calendar, including events and speaker sessions.

Do You Have What We’re Looking For?
Our client thrives in a fast-paced, adaptable environment and is looking for someone who shares their passion for DEI and collaboration. Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • A fervent dedication to DEI across its spectrum.
  • HR background with CIPD Level 3 certification or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills to drive results and resolve issues collaboratively.
  • A keen interest in leveraging data to analyze impact and guide interventions.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with effective time management skills.
  • Proficiency in crafting compelling presentations and documents to articulate our DEI agenda.
  • A creative mindset to engage and inspire others on the DEI journey.
