Working closely with the wider HR team, this role will ensure all employees experience a fantastic working environment throughout their employee lifecycle. Having recently reviewed and relaunched the business values, this role will be integral in embedding those into behaviours, managing change and transformation using project and programme management skills and aligning them back to the foundational HR policies and processes.
By defining the optimum employee experience and devising the plan to achieve it, this role will have total ownership of the strategy. Leading focus groups, the remit will span the whole business and be responsible for driving engagement, inclusive culture and health and wellbeing.
The ideal candidate will have experience of running and analysing employee engagement surveys, delivering on outputs and initiating change as a consequence. Supporting cultural change will be at the heart of this role, so experience in managing transformational programmes will be essential.
