My client are a private equity backed, award winning business with a global presence, committed to providing outstanding delivery to our customers seeking an Employee Relations Business Partner who can operate in a standalone capacity and deliver.

Role Summary: As an Employee Relations Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in the execution and advice of complex employee issues whilst mitigating business risk. Your mission? To foster an engaged work environment by facilitating employee relations and overseeing HR matters. You’ll be at the forefront of designing and implementing people policies, ensuring they align with legal requirements and company values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategies, policies, and practices aligned with best-fit industry standards, legal compliance, and company objectives.
  • Provide expert advice, guidance, and training to HR teams on employee relations, employment policies, and processes.
  • Lead negotiations and maintain key relationships to drive business performance, employee engagement, and legal compliance.
  • Develop HR capability in understanding and applying employment law, policies, and practices to manage risk effectively.
  • Provide employee relations analytics and data insights as needed.
  • Represent the function both internally and externally across various stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in managing Employment Tribunals.
  • Minimum Level 7 CIPD qualification.
  • Ability to work independently in a hands-on role.
  • Previous experience in a front-facing operational role within a Senior HR team.
