Role: Employer Relations Specialist
Location: East Sussex 1 day a week
Salary: £38,000 – £42,000

As an Employee Relations Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in managing absence, conduct, and performance through both informal action and formal case management.

Your responsibilities will include navigating colleague policies and processes, supporting leaders in implementing new initiatives around colleague retention, and achieving positive outcomes for both colleagues and the company.

Additionally, you’ll work closely with leaders to identify and resolve issues, providing insightful weekly reporting to support Employee Relations Partners.

This team are on a mission to provide solution-focused ER to their client group, finding creative ways to manage processes effectively, ensuring high levels of retention rates!

Skills We Would Love You to Have:

  • Solid experience dealing with high-volume employee relations cases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised, methodical with great attention to detail
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to identify improvements
