A global business operating within the communication systems arena for both military and commercial uses is looking to appoint a new Global Talent Manager on 12mths FTC basis. Based in Southampton but with some travel, this role will be supporting the business through rapid growth and expansion. You will be responsible for implementing a global attraction, development and retention model across the business to secure the most highly sought after talent possible.
The successful candidate will bring with them a wealth of knowledge and experience in recruitment solutions, be credible and well networked with demonstrative experience in numbers-driven volume recruitment. You will deliver innovative strategies to recruit and induct a continual pipeline of talent for the business.
Partnering the key stakeholders across the business, you will be working in a fast paced, regulatory environment and adhering to tight deadlines.
