These roles are very much business facing so the ability to connect and engage with key internal stakeholders is key in a true business partnering style.  The remit is that of a fully generalist HR role and the successful candidate will be able to support any element of HR with equal positivity regardless of task from disciplinaries and redundancies to employee engagement and succession planning.


Key Requirements

  • Level 7 CIPD is essential
  • Experience in a broad, wide ranging client facing role (not shared services)
  • Experience of delivering  both positive and negative HR tasks
  • Exposure to succession planning and with a light touch on recruitment (assessment context potentially)
  • Liaising with the separate L&D team
  • Supporting client group of approx. 250 people
  • Reporting directly to HR Director and the Head of HR
  • Previous organisation experience that works well is Law firms, Petro Chemical, Heavy Industry, STEM based environments.


We are looking for someone to drive change through the organisation and be forward thinking.

This is a full time role based in Woking working a 40hr week but some flexible working is being introduced.
