A new role has been created to support an e-commerce business that is going through fast-paced growth. Based in Bournemouth, Dorset, this role will report to the HR Director and support them in all HR matters for the business. 
As they go through a rapid growth period, this role will provide HR advice, guidance, and support in all HR matters covering the entire employee life-cycle. Responsible for supporting with the onboarding and induction process, supporting with contracts of employment and referencing/compliance checks, supporting managers with their people matters including ER, performance, absence etc… especially in a remote working environment. 

The client group is varied and high-intellect so it is imperative that the successful candidate is capable of reasoning and explaining their actions if needed to ensure engagement in the HR processes. 

This role is initially offered on a temporary (3-4mths) basis with a view to going permanent.  Please apply if you are either immediately available or available at short notice.
