This role presents an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a generalist role, enjoys delving into details, and possesses the drive to influence and innovate. Working closely with a Senior Leadership team you will have the opportunity to influence and shape the people agenda. 

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team in Ringwood. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in supporting our managers in the field with various HR-related activities to drive our people agenda forward.

Location: Ringwood on site / 37hr Week Mon – Fri

About the Role: As our HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with our leaders to provide effective and efficient HR support, driving business results through strategic partnership and consultation across all HR areas. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and implementing a people agenda to support business growth and HR objectives
  • Supporting our Senior Leadership team and Managers on all aspects of people-related matters
  • Providing expert advice on HR policy, best practices, and processes
  • Assessing the capability of our People Managers and ensuring optimal performance through coaching and mentorship
  • Offering expert employment law advice, informed by precedent
  • Leveraging HR data and analytics to guide people-related initiatives and business discussions
  • Keeping abreast of salary benchmarking and benefits to ensure competitiveness
  • Driving continuous improvement of our people processes

About You: The clients ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a passion for all things ‘people’ and a strong belief in the transformative power of HR in a commercial setting. You excel in building relationships and thrive in a people-oriented business with strong values and a positive colleague culture. Flexibility to support a multi-location workforce is essential, as is the ability to translate business knowledge into practical solutions that enhance culture and improve employee engagement.

You should be a qualified member of CIPD or equivalent, with a proven track record of delivering proactive HR solutions, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Above all, you are passionate, pragmatic, and adaptable, able to tailor your approach to meet both the needs of your audience and the demands of the business.
