An opportunity to join a fast-paced technology business as an HR Business Partner has arisen. Providing support to various business units, this is a truly generalist role that will span the operational delivery and some key strategic projects.

This role requires someone who is passionate about people and naturally partners with the business to deliver their goals. You will be able to juggle and balance the transactional HR delivery (supporting the HR Shared Services team) including ER, performance management, and talent management with wider strategic projects to include OD, reward, and well-being initiatives.  The role may for example require you to support line managers with absence management, demonstrating patience to work at a granular level to develop management capability across the business.

The successful candidate will be outgoing and confident, demonstrating gravitas in their interactions with multiple stakeholders across the business. You will be easy to approach, able to engage employees across the spectrum, and demonstrate knowledge and confidence in your own ability. Naturally, you will be a collaborator in style; working with, engaging, consulting, and demonstrating diplomacy to achieve your objectives.

Based in North Hampshire, this role will support a client group that is based across multi-sites (all within approx. 1hrs drive). There will be a requirement to travel to those sites at least 1 x per month. The business operates a hybrid working practice with a split between the office and home environment as agreed with your manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner who is looking for a role that will stretch and develop their skills with exposure to strategic projects but is happy to deliver the HR transactional elements as well.
