HR Manager with team management responsibilities, reporting to the Group HR Director.

Location: Hampshire, UK
Working Pattern: Hybrid 3:2

This organisation is committed to excellence in HR and business operations. We’re seeking an exceptional individual to lead the HR Operational and Business Partnering team in implementing innovative strategies, leveraging data, and driving change to achieve the HR and business goals. Of key importance will be your expertise in ER matters, being the point of escalation within the team and wider business. 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior management to prepare and implement HR plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor your team of HR Business Partners and HR Co-ordinators, providing expert HR advice and support, ensuring compliance with company culture and legal requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Continually review and optimise HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, utilising technology and data-driven insights.
  • Employee Relations: Oversee ER activities, managing complex casework and providing guidance to managers to ensure fair and legally compliant outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior leadership and other stakeholders, representing HR interests and driving initiatives forward.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within your team, ensuring they have the skills and resources to excel.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree educated, with CIPD Level 7 or equivalent qualification.
  • Expertise in employment law and complex ER issues.
  • Proven team leadership skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement and team development.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and adaptable with a passion for driving positive change.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to travel and hold a valid driver’s licence.
