Working in an organisational design capacity, this role will provide expertise to support the HR Director and HR team in preparing the business for the new world of work.
During the initial few months, this role will lead and challenge on direction whilst providing resource and support in the operational HR matters. This will involve project planning, consulting with large groups, providing agile HR support.
Thereafter, the role will oversee the management of the HR team, contributing to a number of projects and leading change and improvement initiatives. Business partnering 2 key areas, this role will straddle the operational delivery and contribute significantly to the strategy.
Continuing work will involve culture, wellbeing, talent, HRIS & data / metrics, engagement and operationally refreshing policies and processes.
To be successful in this role, you will be able to:
Act as a line manager for the HR Operations Team
Be an ER and Employment Law expert
Support the design and development of people strategies
Lead on OD, Change Management and influence senior stakeholders.
Covering maternity leave, the successful candidate will be available to start during July and commit until February 2021.
