Position: HR Systems Implementation and Adoption Partner

Job Description: As the HR Systems Implementation and Adoption Partner, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at implementing a cutting-edge HR system and revolutionising working practices across our dynamic organisation. Your role will involve collaborating closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and widespread adoption of HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop comprehensive communications and documentation supporting HR systems implementation.
  • Participate actively in project meetings, providing crucial documentation and support to the project lead.
  • Optimise HR processes and working methods in conjunction with HR subject matter experts.
  • Craft engaging communications and foster stakeholder engagement to drive adoption of new working practices.
  • Provide essential administrative support, including scheduling and participating in project meetings and monitoring task progress.
  • Coordinate logistical aspects of internal and external changes and system implementations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and adoption toolkits for various initiatives.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient written communication skills, with a proven track record of producing effective project communications and training materials.
  • Experience in project management, particularly within HRIS implementations and transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data and guide decision-making using IT systems.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and administrative support in HR projects.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Openness to learning and a proactive approach to innovation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in delivering impactful presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to navigate corporate environments and manage senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
