A six months FTC opportunity exists for an HR Process Improvement specialist to support the transformation and adoption of lean processes across the HR Operations Function. 

Working alongside multiple stakeholders, this role will be the project lead responsible for:
1) Reviewing existing documented processes within the function – understanding the reasons why things are currently done the way they are
2) Identify opportunities to improve current practices using lean process review tools to introduce greater efficiencies in the business processes
3) Produce simple communication documents that appreciate the complexity but detail in an easily accessible way, the opportunity to challenge the status quo and demonstrate the impact that such transformations will have. 

This role will involve collaborating with key stakeholders, running workshops, ensuring engagement and diplomacy in all interactions. 

The ideal candidate will be available either immediately or at short notice, have demonstrable experience of using lean process review techniques, and have a strong knowledge of HR operational processes. 

The role will require the successful candidate to be able to work in Southampton occasionally to collaborate with the key stakeholders, but otherwise can be based from home.
