You will be acting as the HR lead within a Change and Transformation Programme in support of a Business Restructure.
Working closely with the HR and Change Programme Directors within a diverse and agile role, you’ll be required to adopt a flexible approach to a range of tasks and projects covering a broad HR remit. These could be relating to any element of HR including pay harmonisation, relocation or review of policies and processes within a continuous improvement focused environment. All delivery will be within a project context and so key project management competencies of building meaningful stakeholder relationships and delivering to required time, cost and quality parameters will be critical.
