The Role
They are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide HR generalist support for the EURA region. This individual contributor role reports directly to the Director of Human Resources.
Your Impact

  • Advisor: Act as a key advisor to line management on organizational and human resources matters.
  • Communicator: Ensure effective communication of HR practices, processes, and programs to management and employees.
  • Fairness Champion: Administer policies, practices, and programs in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Talent Partner: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and line managers to recruit key talent.
  • Legal Expert: Advise on HR legal and employee relations matters to ensure consistency, legal compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Performance Coach: Coach managers to improve performance.
  • Training Partner: Work with the Talent Management team on training strategies and issues.
  • Project Manager: Manage various HR projects.
