People and Culture Business Partner for Global Giant. Partnering the Head Office team in Woking.

Role Highlights: As a People & Culture Business Partner, you’ll collaborate with C-suite leaders, acting as a strategic partner to drive organisational success. Your responsibilities will span talent development, reward initiatives, employee engagement, and organisational design.
What We’re Looking For:
- Self-starter with multitasking abilities
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills
- Excellent communication across diverse stakeholder groups
- Comfortable with ambiguity and autonomy
- Collaborative team player with intellectual curiosity
- Proven business partnering experience at a senior HR Generalist level
- Demonstrated problem-solving and influencing skills
- Coaching and facilitation expertise
- ER and immigration law understanding (preferred)
