This organisation has just received more than $4m of investment towards their sister studio and due to this growth opportunity, they need to find a People and Culture Manager to join their small, ambitious team.
The company is currently pushing the boundaries of immersive story-based gameplay.
They are entering a phase of significant growth, expanding its products across a range of platforms including console, VR, mobile and Web 3.0 gaming.
With a history of working on household name IPs, their projects and inclusive environment offer an attractive opportunity for professionals throughout a range of gaming disciplines.
As the People and Culture Manager, you will develop key relationships across the business in order to provide people support and consultation across areas such as performance management, compensation/rewards, recruitment, people development, and staff relations.
- Have an interest in the video games industry.
- Enjoy taking ownership over new and existing policies, updating when necessary.
- Have a successful track record of recruiting technical staff within an internal environment.
- Be organised and process-driven.
- Be a collaborative individual who thrives in an inclusive environment.
This is a remote role, however, there may be occasional events at the London studio.
They are offering a salary of up to £50,000, plus exciting benefits including unlimited holidays.
