In this position you will be one of the first people to join the Talent team, working closely with our Head of Talent and Culture to find, attract and nurture the best talent in Europe and the US/worldwide.
In the last three months only, we’ve grown from 30 to 50 people and as we grow further, you’ll be in a unique position to connect and work closely with some very talented people across Synthesia, who are creating the future.
Finding our next coworker is incredibly exciting – our teams know what they’re looking for and are very focused on quality, so while we’re not hiring huge amounts of people at the moment, it can be challenging to find the right person for the role. You will be working on multiple positions at the same time, sourcing highly specialised engineering profiles, getting creative with the outreach and ensuring we maintain a great candidate experience.
Outside of tech teams, you can also expect to spend time helping build other teams (sales, growth, support functions etc.).
We believe that every person has a special talent and it is our job to find the right people and help them shine in what they’re meant to do. When not sourcing and talking to people, there will be plenty of opportunities to get involved in planning socials and community building activities internally.
This position is based at our HQ in London with opportunities to work from home.
