This is a newly created position, demonstrating the investment the business is making in its employee and customer experience.  As Recruitment Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring consistency and excellence throughout the journey. This is an integral role to the business as it will ensure the recruitment process runs efficiently, ensuring the organisation can meet its talent goals.

The role will involve examining and interrogating the recruitment process from start to finish with a critical eye for continuous improvement. Working alongside our team of Recruiters, it is expected that you will introduce changes that can improve efficiency and ensuring that the recruitment strategy supports our ED&I goals.

You will be involved in the entire recruitment process reviewing everything from the candidate rejection templates to each aspect of the candidate journey from application to offer, ensuring that the business is always shown in a positive light to both successful and unsuccessful candidates.

This role will also be responsible for managing the business’s social media brand presence and developing the EVP to ensure they attract the highest calibre of the candidate and is represented in the best light to potential employees.

This role will also have responsibility for managing the ATS, using data and analysis to understand where the ‘pain points’ are in the recruitment process and make improvements. Examining data sets including time to hire, cost to hire, direct sourcing, agency spend attrition, salary information, etc. will be a key element of this role.
