This role is managed by:
Rosie Jenkins

You will form a part of a regional management team responsible for providing a full range of HR support to both Regional and General Managers across all of the key HR disciplines including recruitment, succession planning, reward, training, performance management and employee relations.
You will contribute towards developing a culture of team engagement which is a crucial part of achieving the overall business strategy.
As a result, we are looking for a commercially minded, proactive HR professional with a background in operating in a fast-paced, truly customer-focused organisation.

As a self-starter with drive, motivation, passion and a focus on delivering results, you will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective and sustainable relationships to support Regional Managers and their management teams in clubs to deliver the HR strategy.
Our ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and have multi-site HR experience in order to offer sound commercial and pragmatic advice to senior stakeholders. In return, this role provides a wonderful platform for someone to really make their mark on the business as we continue to grow and expand.
