We are looking for a Reward & Benefits Partner to join a high-street brand that is very well known and recognised. .So, if you put people at the heart of what you do and are motivated to drive results through data, and insights, we want to hear from you!

The Reward & Benefits Partner plays a key role in the execution of our Building People Capability cycle. In this position, you will also help grow and proactively develop the total reward & EVP agendas. Reporting to the People & Culture Business Partner, you will also work closely with the wider UK&I as well as the Global People & Culture team, Commercial Finance and Payroll teams, as well as external partners.

You are a people person in the truest sense of the meaning, so you understand that when supporting people, it is essential we treat people fairly and our reward & benefits priority is central to that. Most of all, you have fun while you do it, because it’s more than just a job.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end management and analysis on key reward projects such as End of Year pay and bonus review, annual benefit renewals and other policy updates.
Manage change, such as the introduction of new benefits; benefit enrolment windows; systems and/or approaches to key elements of reward
Partner with external providers and utilise networks to obtain comparative data
Conduct market review of specific benefits and make recommendations
Manage the day-to-day running of components of the reward platform and support Reward Administrator in managing our benefits portal
Partner with Business Partners Stakeholders for job evaluations, salary benchmarking and recommendations
Advisory for our colleagues on reward/benefits related queries and manage stakeholder relationships
Continue to build the EVP, develop employee communications, touch points and engagement across all reward programmes
Support the development of new and improved processes in particular with providers and our shared service, and manage change in the business through effective communications and documentation
