Location: London, East/West Sussex or Midlands
Flexibility: Remote with occasional travel
Salary: £65,000 – £80,000

I’m working with an ambitious and successful Financial Services organisation that prides itself on striving to be the best amongst its competitors. This well-known brand has re-vamped its EVP and Benefits structure and identifies as an organisation that rewards the right behaviours as well as competencies across the business. 

They are looking for a Reward Manager to join a team of two, reporting to the Head of Reward, an opportunity created through growth and the need for additional resources in the team. The ideal person would have experience across Compensation as well as Benefits processes, with the ability to carry BAU activities as well as lead on Reward projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively to ensure the overall reward and benefits offering is relevant and competitive and reflects the needs of the business 
  • Provide guidance and be a Subject Matter Expertise to the HR function and various stakeholders and deliver relevant and effective solutions
  • Lead the annual pay and bonus cycle, including effective salary benchmarking and relevant data analysis and research, are executed effectively
  • Management of the annual benefits election process, working to particular deadlines and timetables
  • Support with executive remuneration agenda, ensuring the business is compliant with relevant regulatory requirements
  • Responsible for HR year-end reporting, including input into annual statutory reports, gender pay gap, and ad-hoc reporting requirements
  • Undertake additional confidential projects providing input to the Reward strategy as required

The ideal person:

  •  Analytical thinker with excellent decision-making skills
  • Ability to work navigate complex and large-scale pay reviews including different pay structures and Bonus elements
  • Resourceful and able to use initiative to recommend and drive changes where needed
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
  • Solid data management and presentation skills with ability to present to stakeholders
  • Good contracting/consulting skills (internally and externally) to ensure projects and work are delivered
  • Experience of using Workday or similar HR System
