This is a unique opportunity as Reward & Systems Manager within a leading business brand to shape the reward and benefits agenda, using data to inform your decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Compliant oversight of the HR System and the delivery of all aspects of reward and benefits 
  • Role benchmarking and job evaluation 
  • Pay and bonus cycle
  • Colleague benefit arrangements 
  • Recognition schemes
  • Remuneration regulation 
  • Supporting the HR Director with Executive Team remuneration 
  • Ensuring policies, controls and reporting are compliant with SMCR guidelines and GDPR

To be successful as Reward & Systems Manager, you will be able to demonstrate the following expertise:

  • Detailed and up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation linked to Reward  ideally in the financial services sector
  • Experience of delivering end-to-end reward projects including pay review and bonus modelling, salary survey benchmarking and analysis, benefit and pension reviews
  • Experience of managing and supporting the development of reward and benefits including pension schemes
  • Proven ability to manage key relationships with core providers, ensuring good value is maintained
  • Proactive in driving forward key reward activity, engaging with all key stakeholders and presenting ideas in a clear, concise and compelling manner at a senior manager level
  • Experience of being able to plan, prioritise and deliver across multiple activities
  • Technical capability of managing HR Systems and benefit platforms
  • Good contracting/consulting skills (internally and externally) to ensure projects and work are delivered
  • Strong skills in data management and analysis, decision-making and presentation of information
