Job Role: Senior HR Advisor

Bristol (surrounding areas) 
Hybrid role with some travel required

£49,000 – £52,000 (total package)

Currently working with a fast-growing company who are looking for an experienced, proactive HR professional to drive positive change to an HR Shared Service model. You will be providing HR support across multiple locations, working together with the Group HR function to implement unified policies and ways of working across the sites. If you enjoy being involved and managing change projects, working independently, and having variety in your work, this role could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Managers at all levels, including the Executive Leadership Team, to provide insightful advice on Employee Relations (ER) matters.
  • Coach leaders on performance management, disciplinaries, absence, and grievances to foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Guide managers on employment law, incorporating statutory and case law considerations, and uphold the company’s legal duties diligently
  • Project manage change management projects such as restructures, redundancies, and TUPE transitions.
  • Identify & arrange training & development for Managers, liaising with the L&D function to implement and put plans in place
  • Data Reporting & regular updates on progress of development plans and targets for improvements at each of the sites
  • Collaborate with the HR team and stakeholders to deliver projects within deadlines and be proactive with solutions and improvements that could be made
  • Re-vamp, update and deliver training on HR policies & processes such absence, disciplinaries, and grievance

Who We Are Looking For:

  • CIPD Level 5 or above, including the Employment Law module 
  • Experience in working on and delivering HR projects.
  • Experience in writing and delivering HR training courses for Managers.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, being able to create great working relationships with Senior Leaders and influence outcomes.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently, working toward a clear people strategy
  • Ability to travel when required, including occasional overnight stays.
