Great opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor (change management) on a 12 month FTC, based in Winchester with hybrid working (1 day in the office per week) Salary of up to £42,000 with government pension rates.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Provide support and advice on staff restructures, redundancies, TUPE, the redundancy consultation process
  • Provide advice and support across full range of typical and more complex employee relations issues
  • Provide advice and guidance to HR colleagues on staff restructures and redundancies
  •  Work with Trade Union / Staff Association representatives; including negotiations and consultations
  • Conduct consultation with employees and trade union/professional body representatives
  • Support and coach managers to take informed risks and overcome any barriers and issues to conclude the project, ensuring that decisions are based on the right outcomes

Ideal candidate has the following experience:

  • CIPD-qualified or equivalent
  • Successful experience in managing and implementing medium sized, ranging in complexity projects to meet organisational requirements
  • Good Stakeholder Management skills and ability to build relationships
  •  Able to provide sound guidance to line managers and employees on legislation, best practice and interpretation of policies and terms and conditions
  • Uses initiative and able to work alone and as part of a team
  • Good problem resolution skills, able to identify causes and suggest options for successful outcomes
  • Able to constructively challenge and influence managers and staff
