This is a newly created Senior HRBP position reporting into a newly appointed SVP of HR.
They are looking for somebody who can accelerate the IPO ambitions by partnering with leaders and the wider HR team to build, develop and retain a high performing workforce that provides a consistent source of competitive advantage to the organiszation.
Responsibilities of the Senior HR Business Partner role include:
- Coach and partner leaders on how to optimize their people resources including organizational design, performance management, and succession planning.
- Develop leader’s people expertise and implement solutions that help them deliver their business objectives.
- Provide the ‘voice of the customer’ back to the wider HR Team in order to build tools, policies, and products that enhance the company’s employee value proposition, and ultimately improves business performance.
Client group(s): 285 employees including 13 senior leaders and 100 in the Front Office located across London and Canada.
This is a dynamic and fast pace business with ambitious growth plans. We’re looking for someone who can work with ambiguity and who will thrive at pulling together structure and capability.
