Join our dynamic team as a Reward Manager, where you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering our reward strategy. We are committed to maintaining a motivated and engaged workforce through competitive and fair reward practices.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality, accurate reward analytics and management information to inform reward decisions.
  • Maintain and develop effective and positive relationships within the People team and with other business stakeholders.
  • Deliver the Reward base and Continuous Improvement  plan across the business.
  • Support and advise line managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) on appropriate reward solutions aligned with business strategy.
  • Assist in delivering key reward projects as required.
  • Establish rates of pay for new roles based on external market data and internal relativities.
  • Design and maintain pay structures for business roles, including pay ranges, incremental pay scales, and spot rates.
  • Provide annual salary review budget recommendations based on affordability and market positioning of roles.
  • Manage end-to-end annual salary reviews in close partnership with the Finance team and other stakeholders.
  • Develop guidance documents and key messaging for line managers to ensure adherence to guidelines and budgets during reviews.
  • Offer reward advisory support to HRBPs and business stakeholders.
  • Complete salary survey submissions with the support of the Reward & Benefits Analyst.
  • Conduct external benchmarking on all aspects of the reward package and make informed recommendations for future package design and policy.
  • Formulate retention strategies and programmes in response to business needs.
  • Design and maintain incentive plans, including rules and communication materials, in line with the overall reward strategy.
  • Provide advice and design support for the business’s sales incentive plans.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of incentive plans and recommend improvements.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and support stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in interpreting benchmarking data to inform reward policies.
  • Experience in designing pay structures and incentive plans.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within set timelines.
