This role will be a mix of ‘hands-on’ HR Business Partnering with operational focus and working on 3 key strategic projects. You will support act as a bridge between the Global HR Director and the existing UK & Ireland HR team, which is comprised of HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, L&D & Recruitment. responsible for 2 groups of c. 200 employees where you will help support on day-to-day issues, with the occasional travel to the sites where they are based.

These projects include:

  1. EE & Culture: The organisation uses Peakon as an engagement tool but they need a lead to better leveraging data, continuing focus so that engagement is common place in conversation and creates a 2 way feedback culture. The business has formed a “Zero harm in the workplace” commitment and you will dovetail into EE and build on wellbeing and health & safety best practice.


  1. Succession Planning: An opportunity to work with the existing SLT team to introduce the whole premise of talent and succession planning.


  1. M&A – Looking for complete project management in this space and experience beyond the TUPE process.

This role is offering an annualised salary of c.£65-70k and candidates will need to work flexibly with hybrid working in Basingstoke.
