HR Heads is retained by this innovative business that powers technology products that transform healthcare and advanced manufacturing to recruit the TA Partner for the UK – a role that is newly created and will have responsibility for the strategy and delivery of talent to the UK business.
  
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of positions including Engineering, R&D, G&A, Supply Chain, and Operations, the successful candidate will source talent through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and educate the hiring managers on market data.

Developing long-term strategies to nurture relationships with managers and potential hires, this role will create strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  
Alongside the delivery of recruitment solutions, this role will have full ownership of the brand and EVP for the UK businesses, manage online social channels and professional networks, design assessment processes, manage the ATS, develop metrics allowing data-based decisions, manage compliance requirements and be cognisant of legal requirements.
  
We are looking for someone who has experience in recruiting engineering, robotics or medical devices talent and is able to provide creative solutions. These might include requisition thought-leadership, talent incubation strategies, market intelligence, talent partnerships, and diversity of talent sources.
  
The successful individual may come from In-House or Agency backgrounds and will be able to demonstrate that they are highly collaborative and high-performing.

This is a growth agenda and the TA team needs to support it by being forward-thinking. The role can be based remotely with travel to various UK sites, the main one being near Manchester.
  
The compensation will comprise a fixed element and variable compensation considered best in class.
